Trip Charge & Labor Pricing
* Trip Charge - $60 - This is the fee for a single trip out to the customers location. This will be charged when the technician arrives to the customers location every time.

* Trip Charge Outside Regular Service Hours - $90
​
* Additional Trip Charge - $1 per mile over a 50 mile round trip from the center of Houston (see map below).
​
* Labor - $120 per hour or $60 per 1/2 hour.
We bill out in .5hr increments.

* Labor Outside Regular Service Hours -
$180 per hour or $90per 1/2 hour.
We bill out in .5hr increments.

* Parts & Shipping for each repair will be included in the estimate.

Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance can be done in the following increments: Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Once Every Four Months, Bi-Yearly, and Yearly. Customer may set up the contract for as long as needed, and may cancel at any time.
Yearly preventative maintenance contracts are available for residential customer only. Commercial customer will not be able to choose the yearly option.
