Story
First Class Fitness Care is a family-owned company that has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. We handle both residential and commercial equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, sales, and consulting.
We are extremely honored to be an authorized manufacturer's representative for most major fitness equipment brands. We are certified to handle warranty and non-warranty repairs for all cardio and strength equipment in the Houston and surrounding areas.
We strive for excellence in all aspects of the business; from quality of parts and service, expediency of repairs, and open communication with customers. We are here to provide the absolute best service for all customer no matter how small or large the service is. With our knowledge and service, we can make sure that you have one less headache and one amazing fitness center.
Meet The Owner
Hello. My name is Joe Centineo
Since I was 18, I have worked at large gyms, commercial and retail sales companies, and built service companies in the past. I previously was partners at Fit Shop providing fitness equipment service for the Houston area. I started my own service company to provide a superior service for all customers. Being in the fitness industry for this long has given me a unique perspective about what the business can be. Service should be transparent, honest, prompt, and done with the highest level of professionalism and skill.

Houston, TX is where I was born and raised. My love for the city and the state is something near and dear to me. Operating a successful business and sharing my knowledge with customers and employees has always been my goal. My belief is that we are wanting the same thing; to enjoy life as much as possible and spend with the people we love.

Saturday - Sunday: Closed
We will make our schedule fit your schedule. We can schedule an appointment outside regular service hours for a small additional fee.
